First of all, I would like to open this by saying that I deeply appreciate you consulting this policy before seeking to take images off of this site. A lot of my hard work went into the conception and design of this site & as such, I am given the right to govern how that work is reused. I am not trying to limit anyone’s fun or discourage you from keeping a few “yummy” pictures of Patrick around on the PC to brighten your day. Far from it, actually. The intention of the site is to share said “yummy pictures” and with discretion, I encourage you to right click & download away. BUT--that said, while certain work is free for download and redistribution, other work is not. So, the standards of my usage policy are as follows:

• The layouts & background images (IE: Buttons, Side Bars, Title Graphics, etc.) used throughout this site were designed exclusively by me for PFO use only and are prohibited from being downloaded or redistributed on other websites. They are copyrighted to me. However, if you need help designing your own layout, let me know and I may able to help you or at least point you in the right direction of a good tutorial.
  
• The screen captures displayed on this site were taken by me from my digital cam (unless otherwise specifically noted) and ARE free for download.
• The press images on this site come from various sources and their downloadability (is that a word? *grin*) is mentioned specifically by gallery.
  
• The personal images on this site come from myself and outside sources and again, download prohibitions are mentioned specifically by gallery.
  
• The site exclusives (IE: L.J. Icons, Backgrounds, Screen Savers, Themes, etc.) were created either by me or other fans and offered are all free for download (unless otherwise specifically specified). This is definitely the part of the site where I want you to feel free to click away and download, because these cyber goodies were created specifically for you guys to have fun with. *grin*

A few other quick (but important) general notes:

• Please do not redistribute any original design work (not including press images or screen captures) downloaded off the site without my or the credited creator of the design’s permission.
  
• Please do not take large amounts of work and redistribute as part of a graphics compilation or as your own work.
• Please do not steal bandwidth. Upload the images to your own server first before displaying them elsewhere on the web. (Click here if you need a further description of how that works.)
  
• Please do credit any work that you do reuse on a separate website (IE: L.J. Icons on your Blog, etc.) back to this website. Not only is it the respectful thing to do, but its great publicity as well! *grin*
  
• Please do feel free to ask me if you have any questions about any of the policies listed above or fair use considering one of the images on this site. I’ll be happy to help out however I can!
